General administration
The general administration is organized in the department “Administrative, Financial, Legal and Information Services.”
The department “Administrative, Financial, Legal and Information Services.”:
1. prepares the staffing schedule of the Agency, organizes and is responsible for the maintenance and storage of the official and labor files;
2. organizes the document and archive system of the Agency;
3 provides financial and accounting services to the Agency in accordance with the requirements of the Accountancy Act and the other normative acts, and prepares all the documents related to the accounts of the Agency;
4. supports the activities of the Agency through legal consultation, ensures representation at law court proceedings upon written authorization by the Chairman of the Agency, gives opinions on the conformity with the law of draft contracts, orders and other acts and documents, related to the activities of the Agency;
5. organizes the registration, keeping, and reporting of the material assets of the Agency, the repair and maintenance of the physical and transportation facilities of the Agency;
6. provides information services and maintains an information database related to accreditation and project evaluation activities and post accreditation monitoring and control.
