Advisory Board

Pursuant to Art. 4, para. 1 of the Rules of Organization and Operation of the Advisory Council of NEAA, and Decisions of the Accreditation Council (Protocol No. 03/13.02.2025; Protocol No. 05/13.03.2025; Protocol No. 03/12.02.2026, and Protocol No. 11/07.05.2026), the composition of the Advisory Council at NEAA has been established as follows:

Chairperson:
•    Corr. Mem. Prof. Atanas Kovachev, DSc, Architect – Architect and Member of the Standing Committee on Technical Sciences at NEAA
Vice Chairperson:
•    Ms. Rositsa Steliyanova – Lawyer, PhD candidate at the Economic Research Institute, Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (BAS)
Members:
1.    Prof. Galya Hristozova, DSc – Higher education institution representative, lecturer in the field of Pedagogical Sciences at Burgas Free University – Member of the Standing Committee on Pedagogical Sciences and Social Activities at NEAA
2.    Assoc. Prof. Valentina Marinova, PhD – Higher education institution representative, lecturer in the field of Administration and Management at the University of Agribusiness and Rural Development
3.    Assoc. Prof. Momchil Antov, PhD – Bulgarian Industrial Capital Association – Director of the National Association of Bulgarian Freight Forwarders
4.    Prof. Grigor Dimitrov, PhD – Director General of the "Employers' Interests" Centre at the Bulgarian Industrial Association
5.    Prof. Bozhidar Hadzhiev, DSc (Econ) – Member of the Management Board of the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry
6.    Mr. Ivan Zakhariev – Director of "Labor Market and Human Resources", Confederation of Employers and Industrialists in Bulgaria
7.    Mr. Denislav Ivanov – Secretary General of the National Representation of Student Councils, representative of "G. S. Rakovski" Military Academy

Technical Secretary:
•    Ms. Dora Radeva – Chief Expert at the Standing Committee for Post-Accreditation Monitoring and Control
The term of office of the Advisory Council is two years, effective from 13 February 2025.
