Between the 25th and 27th of October 2023 in Dublin, Republic of Ireland, NEAA representatives took part in the General Assembly of ENQA, hosted by QQI, Ireland. The President of NEAA prof. Eliza Stefanova cast her vote on behalf of the NEAA, a member agency of ENQA, for the Vice-President and Board Member elections during the Assembly.
During the conference were discussed several topics, including novel policies and good practices in recognition of learning and transnational higher education quality assurance.
Furthermore, topics like ENQA's message to the 2024 Bologna Ministerial Conference, the future of ESG, methodologies of QA agency reviews and academic integrity were discussed in parallel break-out sessions.
During all activities of the Assembly, and the follow-up meeting of members of the Global Academic Integrity Network (GAIN), NEAA was represented by its President, prof. Eliza Stefanova, and Dyani Kurulenko, junior expert and International Cooperation officer.
